What do your customers want?

With social media on the rise, knowing what your consumers are looking for from your social platforms is very important. It’s no surprise that Gen Z and Millennials are spending more time on social media. But members of Gen X are increasing their use by 75% and Baby boomers follow right behind at 54%.

It’s also important to understand which platform consumers are using. Facebook continues to be the highest platform that consumers use and where they tend to interact with brands the most. Instagram is the second-highest platform for consumers to follow and interact with brands.
